Three cars represented our club at the Yorkshire Air Museum’s Wings & Wheels day on 21st June.We were blessed with superb weather, sun and a sprinkling of ‘fair weather’ cumulus helped to display the varied and interesting collection of cars, bikes, commercial and military vehicles.
The day was punctuated by a short but spirited fly past by the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight’s Spitfire who arrived spot on time at 1300hrs, all without GPS or SatNav – just a stopwatch and compass!
