Pateley Bridge Show 2011
MG Northern
Ten cars set of from Skip Bridge lay-by on the A59 at 10.00am on route to Pateley Bridge. The weather was fine and some roofs were up some were down. The trip there was uneventful, with everybody arriving safely and nearly at the same time. Mike tried to disguise his Mazda as a MG and with his gift of the gab managed onto get on the stand.

We then we set the Gazebo up and chairs and coffee out settled down for the day. There were some nice cars in the concourse and you have to admire the devotion to keep them like this. There were some trade stands, but not as many as usual, this could have been down to the weather.
Nobody won any prizes but still we had a good day. We had only one problem, this was with the Gazebo, while we were looking round, the wind caught it and bent. Hopefully we will be able to get it repaired.
Too soon it was time to go home and, with the weather improving, it was a nice drive home.
