Jorvik Run 2026 update!

Derek and Ryedale & York MGOC president Tim Sherburn present a cheque for £3000 to the YAA

                              Jorvik 26 is over for another year, the weather threatened rain, which fortunately held off.

        This was our first year at the Galtres Lodge Retreat near Pickering and we owe them a big thank you for their support. 

Once again our thanks must go to Derek Mathewson giving up his free time to act as our post run car judge. Thank you Derek

Ryedale & Yorks MG Owners Club wives deserve mention of their hard    work dealing with rally registrations and organising the raffle, such a     crucial part of the day's success which made a significant contribution             to this years total of £3000 for the YAA, thank you Ladies.

     This poor little MGB sadly had its day cut short owing to a mechanical break down, let's hope it is now back on the road. 

Stopping to take in the view...presumably?

         One of these two vehicles won this year's prize for the vehicle Derek         

  would most like to take home, was it the mega rare Alpha Romeo Ambulance

                                    or the 1950 Morris Oxford MO?
